Dua for Body Pain
When you feel pain in any part of your body, this Masnoon Dua should be recited while placing your hand on the place of pain. Hazrat Uthman bin Abi al-Aas رضي الله عنه reported that he complained to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about pain in his body, so the Prophet ﷺ taught him to place his hand on the painful area, say “Bismillah” three times, and then recite the following Dua seven times.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ

أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ

Bismillah.

A‘oodhu billaahi wa qudratihi min sharri maa ajidu wa uhaadhiru.

English Meaning
“In the name of Allah.”
“I seek refuge in Allah and in His Power from the evil of what I find and what I fear.”

Dua for Body Pain is a Masnoon Dua taught by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ for a person experiencing pain in any part of the body. This Dua seeks Allah Ta’ala’s protection from the harm and discomfort of the pain and fear associated with it.
