Dua When Sending Someone on a Journey
Jab kisi ko safar par rukhsat karein, to uske liye Masnoon Dua padhna chahiye. Is dua mein musafir ke deen, amanat aur aamaal ke anjaam ko Allah Ta’ala ke supurd kiya jata hai.
When sending someone on a journey, it is recommended to recite this Masnoon Dua. In this supplication, we entrust the traveller’s religion, belongings and the outcome of their deeds to Allah Ta’ala.
Dua in Arabic
أَسْتَوْدِعُ اللَّهَ دِينَكَ، وَأَمَانَتَكَ، وَخَوَاتِيمَ عَمَلِكَ
Roman English
Astawdi‘ullaaha deenaka, wa amaanatika, wa khawaateema ‘amalik.
English Meaning
“I entrust your religion, your trust and the final outcome of your deeds to Allah.”
