اللَّهُمَّ كَمَا حَسَّنْتَ خَلْقِي فَحَسِّنْ خُلُقِي

Allaahumma kamaa hassanta khalqee fa-hassin khuluqee.

“O Allah, just as You have made my appearance beautiful, make my character beautiful as well.”
