Dua for Yourself and Your Family
When a person wants to remain steadfast in Salah and wishes the same for their children and family, this beautiful Quranic Dua should be recited. In this Dua, Prophet Ibrahim عليه السلام asks Allah Ta’ala to make him and his descendants among those who establish prayer and to accept his supplication.
Dua in Arabic
رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةِ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِي ۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاءِ
Roman English
Rabbij‘alnee muqeemas-salaati wa min dhurriyyatee, Rabbanaa wa taqabbal du‘aa.
English Meaning
“My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication.”
