Dua for Responding to Someone Who Sneezes
When a Muslim sneezes and says Alhamdulillah, the person who hears it should respond with Yarhamukallah. This is an established Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, mentioned in Sahih al-Bukhari 6224.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه narrated that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught that when someone sneezes and praises Allah by saying Alhamdulillah, the person who hears it should say Yarhamukallah. The one who sneezed then replies, Yahdikumullahu wa yuslihu balakum.
Note: The response Yarhamukallah is given when the person who sneezes praises Allah. If they do not say Alhamdulillah, the response is not given.
