Dua for Blessing in Food
Food is one of the great blessings of Allah Ta’ala. When we receive food, we can ask Allah for blessings in it and for better sustenance. This dua asks Allah to bless the food and grant us something better from His bounty.
Dua in Arabic
اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيهِ وَأَطْعِمْنَا خَيْرًا مِنْهُ
Roman English
Allaahumma baarik lanaa feehi, wa at‘imnaa khairan minhu.
English Meaning
“O Allah, bless it for us and feed us with something better than it.” (Islam-QA)
English Introduction

Note: This dua is reported in Jami‘ at-Tirmidhi and Sunan Ibn Majah; the Ibn Majah narration is graded weak by Darussalam, while other scholars have graded the Tirmidhi narration as Hasan. (Sunnah)
