Hazrat Hudhaifah رضي الله عنه reported:
When the Prophet ﷺ went to bed, he would say: “Bismika Allahumma Amootu Wa Ahyaa.” When he woke up, he would say: “Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi Ahyana Ba’da Ma Amatana Wa Ilayhin-Nushoor.”

Fazilat of Dua Before Sleeping
